Diagnostics and Repair:
Our diagnostics and repair service have a 2-hour minimum charge, priced at $278.00 per hour.
If more hours or parts are needed to finish the repair, we'll inform you with the diagnostic results and a detailed plan.
Calibration Service:
Our calibration service costs $556.00.
With this service, you'll receive a certificate of NIST traceability, which will be returned with your meter.

Warranty Services:
We provide a 12-month warranty on all newly manufactured products, commencing from the date of the sales order.
We extend warranty of a previous repair within 6 months of repair.
For warranty service, please forward your assigned RMA number and the previous invoice to
help@agiusa.com.
Repair Turnaround Time:
While turnaround times can vary based on volume, repairs are typically completed within 1-2 weeks.
